    Programme Overview

    The MedServe Quality Development Programme was delivered in Lagos in May 2026 to strengthen the practical application of quality management principles across MedServe.

    The programme addressed ethical practice, leadership, communication, documentation, workflow, accountability, safety, risk management and continual improvement.

    Additional technical topics were provided for diagnostic laboratory personnel to support accurate, reliable and consistent laboratory services.

    The programme structure and compiled learning materials were developed by Qualiplexus for the MedServe Quality Development Programme.

    The materials include content developed or contributed by programme facilitators and subject matter specialists. Where applicable, facilitator-contributed presentations and supporting resources are identified within the relevant topic.

    These materials are provided for use by authorised MedServe personnel within this programme and may not be reproduced, distributed, adapted or used for another purpose without prior written agreement from Qualiplexus.
